ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රමාණාත්මකව වැඩිම හරිත ගොඩනැගිලි වපසරියක් හිමි සමාගම වන්නේ බ්‍රැන්ඩික්ස් සමූහය වන අතර, එම ප්‍රමාණය වර්ග අඩි 519,042 කි. මේ වනවිට බ්‍රැන්ඩික්ස් සමූහය සතුව සහතිකලත් හරිත ගොඩනැගිලි 5 ක් පවතින අතර, මින් දෙකක් LEED Platinum ද, දෙකක් LEED Gold ද එකක් GreenMark Platinum ද වේ. එමෙන්ම ලොව ඇඟලුම් නිෂ්පාදන සමාගම් අතරින් Net Zero Carbon තත්ත්වය හිමිකරගත් ප්‍රථම සමාගම වන්නේද බ්‍රැන්ඩික්ස් ය. මේ වනවිට එහි කර්මාන්තශාලා 6 කට Net Zero Carbon තත්ත්වය හිමි වී තිබේ.
