The appointment of Mr. Rahul Attanayake as Chief Operating Officer of Bally’s Colombo marks an important new chapter in a leadership journey built on strategic thinking, organizational development and a strong commitment to people.

He is currently reading for a PhD in Human Resources and holds an MBA specializing in Human Resources, an MSc in Strategic Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Business. He is also professionally qualified through the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom and holds several additional certifications.

His career progression within Bally’s Colombo demonstrates the value of developing leaders who possess both strategic business knowledge and a deep understanding of people.
